Yes, it’s September 2023 and 10 years since local resident Liz Younge organised the inaugural fund raising event.
After buying your ticket the first port of call was for a suitable beverage. It was basically a bottomless cup.
It wouldn’t be “Big Breakfast” without the tombola stall. Cleverly positioned between “tea” and “toast”.
Toast, well that’s just the start of it. The “Big” breakfast can be as big as you want it to be.
I think the young lady has an air of “come on Dad! mine’s getting cold”.
Basically, you don’t want to fry the eggs too soon unlike some of those greasy spoon establishments do.
The weather was very kind and breakfasting “al fresco” soon became the order of the day.
It being September there are a few late morning shadows but nothing to concern the diners.
The parish of Lower Sapey doesn’t actually have a park but the churchyard has been referred to as “Harpley Park” on several occasions
All ages catered for. I don’t know haw many attempts the your chap had but he eventually got the column standing.
